Hello, when I click ADD new for twitter and tickets I get this

Hello, things look good, but when I click ADD new for twitter and tickets I get this

AND when I click ADD NEW to ROles management, I can't see the screen. ITS pushed WAY over to the right about 800 pixels. THis is in Firefox V 12.0 Windows.

I'm trying to install the new version on my server and on the first step I'm getting this error:
Encryption Not Installed!

So my question is... what exactly do I do to move on to the next step from there?
